What is a Yearly Routine Service?
Included in your yearly monitoring fee is one routine service. Each year we will contact you to arrange a visit by one of our expert engineers to insure that your system is functioning correctly. This is a requirement of most insurance policies.
What happens if my alarm goes off?
If your alarm goes off personnel from our state of the art monitoring center will contact your key holders. If you set your alarm off by accident you will need to give your verification word to operator and they will then stand down.
How do I switch?
When you contact us and confirm you would like to Switch your alarm monitoring we will send one of our expert engineers to your property to conduct a full routine service and transfer your monitoring to us. You keep your existing system we just take it over.
